Goodmorning 🫁 I have a question about the streak. I noticed that my streak was gone even though I thought I had done the breathing every day. So I thought, let’s go again and do more, but now it has been stuck at 1 for 2 or 3 days, and the green squares also don’t appear every time. Is this something more people are experiencing?

We choose real relationships over parasocial intimacy. We choose craft over clout. We build human scale communities. Small enough for accountability. Strong enough for standards. Kind enough for honesty. In a chaotic world, coherence spreads. When one person steadies, they raise the emotional standard for the room. Our aim is simple: build people who can build the future without losing themselves. We want leaders who are sharp and calm, ambitious and grounded, powerful and humane. We want a culture where presence is strength, where discipline is devotion, and where success does not require self abandonment. This is the Coherence Movement. Start with your state. Tell the truth.
