HELP
Please can anyone help? I created an object and added some fields, and I applied field-level security. However, on the front end, the field is still editable, even though on the back end it is set to read-only. Could someone explain why the field-level security is not being enforced?

@Ifeoma Anayanwu Sometimes Salesforce UI doesn’t refresh immediately. Even if FLS is set to read‑only, the field may still look editable until the user refreshes the page or clears the cache. OR Field‑level security controls data access, not the page layout. If the page layout or a permission set still allows editing, the field will appear editable even though FLS is set to read‑only. check the page layout setting too. Hope it helps
