4100 steps today is all I got. Been burned out sleepless and busy the past few days. Gunna try to go hard tomorrow morning with a super jog

Awesome! Be sure to prioritize your sleep too. That's when your brain and muscles heal. Tomorrow I'm beginning my workout plan. 🙌☀️

Only 3400 steps today. A bit of a depressing but okay day…had its ups and downs. Did 11 pushups dips sit-ups squats bridges and lunges and 2 30 second horse stance holds and a wide knee horse stance hold too.
