Has anyone had their MailGun IP get blacklisted? It's affecting my client forms and my business email. If so, what did you do to resolve it?

As individuals, how much impact do you think our gender and personality have on our success in a specific niche? Meaning, do you think any personality/gender can be successful in any niche? For context- I own a traditional agency but for the last month, I’ve been working to niche down and offer GHL services. I’ve been cold calling small businesses in the home services industry, with little to no response. Late this afternoon, I decided to cold call a funeral home, because I have experience there, and the conversation was much warmer and receptive. Could it be that I’m not really a good fit for home services? I’m thinking I might need to pivot. I’m curious if anyone else has been down this road? I appreciate your thoughts and insight. 🙏🏻

In your experience, what would it take to scale your agency to $30K a month in 45 days, and is that realistic? If you had no margin to fail… which niche would you choose, what would be your angle, and what outreach method would you run with?

I’ve been cold calling my database the past few weeks on and off since mid may, have booked 5 meetings, (2 showed up for the call, 2 didn’t and 1 rescheduled), then there’s about 15 ‘interested/tell me more/send me some info’ leads. It’s been inconsistent up until now, 20 calls 1 day, 30 another, none the next, 45 the next, 0 for a few days, 60 just yesterday. But, I can see that it’s just a numbers game, and each day of calls makes me better (no shit😀). So the plan is to make no less that 55 calls per day, but going to push for closer to 100 per day (5-6 hours). (I’m gamifying it for myself, i put dummy numbers in the spreadsheet screenshot I added, but hopefully tracking everything religiously will keep me accountable to my numbers) Here’s my point: - Are any of you also cold calling on a daily basis? - Do you have some sort of accountablility group of other SMMA owners, or even sales people where you’re all making calls everyday? I think I’d benefit from this personally, but fuck it, I’ll make the calls regardless. Does anyone have a group like this?
