Accountability? Or DIY?
I’ve been cold calling my database the past few weeks on and off since mid may, have booked 5 meetings, (2 showed up for the call, 2 didn’t and 1 rescheduled), then there’s about 15 ‘interested/tell me more/send me some info’ leads. It’s been inconsistent up until now, 20 calls 1 day, 30 another, none the next, 45 the next, 0 for a few days, 60 just yesterday. But, I can see that it’s just a numbers game, and each day of calls makes me better (no shit😀). So the plan is to make no less that 55 calls per day, but going to push for closer to 100 per day (5-6 hours). (I’m gamifying it for myself, i put dummy numbers in the spreadsheet screenshot I added, but hopefully tracking everything religiously will keep me accountable to my numbers) Here’s my point: - Are any of you also cold calling on a daily basis? - Do you have some sort of accountablility group of other SMMA owners, or even sales people where you’re all making calls everyday? I think I’d benefit from this personally, but fuck it, I’ll make the calls regardless. Does anyone have a group like this?
