Men in 100% Monogamous Relationships
How many of you who are in committed monogamous relationships are still communicating with and hanging out with beautiful women? How do you make it work? How do these conversations go?

@Alphonso Cornelius some might argue that takes commitment.... which is a form of monogamy. Lol.

@Terence Ma my path has just been weird. I wouldn't slap myself because monogamy is a bad idea, I would slap myself because they were absolutely the wrong choice in a partner. Sounds like you have found one that is worth giving it your all. The way I handled things in a healthy relationship was just keeping my female friends very platonic. When I spent time with them, I would make sure my wife was either with me or it was like a quick lunch or coffee and I would tell my wife about it in advance. I set boundaries on stuff like late night texting and messaging, because that will get noticed. Basically, I tried to be as transparent as possible about the female friend.
Hey guys
I’m new here and my name is Richie, I’m 34 years old and I live in New York, I had a brain tumor when I was 13, so I immediately got surgery. I survived and this makes me love life even more and what it has to offer. Looking to better myself in life, but mostly to get dates with really high-quality women or maybe start a relationship. I don’t go out much cause well you know it’s winter in New York and I also don’t drive. I tried this other group on Skool for online dating for Hinge, Tinder, and Bumble. He had great advice, but after being there for a couple months. He honestly kicked me out after like 4 months because he said nothing was really progressing for me and yeah, and he felt bad for taking my $22 a month, but I honestly didn’t mind anyways that’s why. Anyways I was scrolling through my Facebook and I saw Michaels ad so I joined. I know this is a lot of introducing myself, but I just wanted to share that story

@Felix Urbanek thank you, brother. Happy to be here. I am a jack of weird trades. I'm a retired internationally competing concert pianist who sold his piano and enlisted in the Air Force as an Aircraft Mechanic specializing in Aeronautical Engineering. End of my enlistment, I switch over to intelligence and linguistics working for an acronym agency before getting out, going back to school for molecular genetics and physical conditioning. I briefly ran a successfully training company focused on epigenetic manipulation for long term benefits of physical performance before covid shut everything down forcing me to switch over to cybersecurity. I've been working as a security engineer ever since. I miss my company though. How about you? Looks like you're in the training sphere as well. Do you have a particular niche?

What self improvement habits are you doing? 🤔
We as men of action are always looking for ways to improve. Whether that's in dating, fitness, or business. So curious to hear... What habits are you doing regularly to improve yourself?

I switched from morning coffee to sauna and ice bath. It's absolutely insane, but the benefits are wild. My stress levels have had a precipitous drop, my muscle recovery time has dropped back down to what it was in my 20s, and my mental clarity is sharper than ever. If you can tolerate the shock to your system, it is well worth it in the end.

We teach social circle -- But I'm not sure if there is a better relaxed environment to practice basic approach techniques than a total wine tasting event... Find them in your area & fill your instagram..

This is actually a really good idea. I might have to convert to being a wine guy. Thank you for the tip!

It's been a while since I tackled a tequila flight. Might be time to come out of retirement. Lol.
The Standard Doesn't Care About MY Mood
Today, the drive isn't there. My motivation is at zero. Most men would take that as a cue to sit on the sidelines and wait for a "spark." I don't have that luxury. Since MOA I can say, I don't operate on "feelings." I operate on systems. When the engine is running cold, I don't shut it off, I keep the wheels turning. Shifting my focus to the tactical "busy work" and the small wins that keep the perimeter secure. Zero Days Are Not An Option Even if you lack the "motivation," you cannot lack discipline. I’m putting in the reps regardless of the internal weather.

As someone who used to train high performing athletes and extreme weightloss clients, I can say this is absolutely true. Small habits will outweigh big victories any day of the week because they compound like interest in a high yield account. Find a system that works, and stick with it.
