A Women's Transformation Specialist..Who's A Man?
I created a safe space where high performing women looking to get back into self prioritization can transform themselves while getting the support they need. Being a man who is a transformation specialist for women I typically get asked "Why do you work with women specifically?" Hearing it so often I decided to create a video on my YouTube channel to go into that question a little deeper (while also creating something to refer people to who ask lol) 👇If you're curious about this question yourself you can check out my short 7 minute YouTube video here. I'd Love to here your thoughts ladies 🧡 https://youtu.be/fpoyi-lys5g?si=Ho0qaPg4iTyxXvQQ

The Moment I Almost Walked Away From My Own Business…
Yesterday I had a conversation that cracked something open. Not the kind of business conversation about strategy or content or marketing. A real one. The kind that makes you stop hiding from yourself. And if I’m honest… I almost didn’t want to have it. Because the truth sitting underneath everything was uncomfortable. Really uncomfortable. When I was asked what was going on with my fire for my business, the first thing that came out of my mouth surprised even me. I said: “I miss how it was before… when there was more engagement.” I miss when people were talking inside the space. When they were connecting with each other. Even if it wasn’t a lot… it still felt good. It felt alive. And then the next truth landed. “I know it’s kind of my fault… because I pulled back. I’ve been inconsistent.” That was the part I didn’t want to say out loud. But it was true. And when I was asked what was underneath that… The word came immediately. Worthiness. “Am I worthy to be the one who holds this space?” Am I worthy to create something that other people step into? And right behind that was another truth. Fear of rejection. A pattern that has been running my life for a very long time. If I’m honest… it’s been my operating mode since I was about 10 or 11 years old. So we’re talking about something that has been wired into me for over 30 years. When that fear shows up… My instinct is to hide. To pull back. To disappear into the cave. Because hiding feels safer than risking rejection. Then I was asked a question that stopped me in my tracks. “If someone you cared about told you this about their business… what would you say to them?” And suddenly the answer was obvious… I would tell them they don’t have to carry everything alone. I would tell them they’re a beautiful person inside. I would tell them they deserve support. Funny how easily we can say those things to someone else… And how hard they are to believe for ourselves. The deeper truth that came out in that conversation was this:

BORING PEOPLE WHO WANNA KEEP WRITING BORING CONTENT… DO NOT READ THIS…
Seriously though I mean it. If you love borosaurus content, polite content, content that sounds like it was assembled by a polite robot called Robert after reading three marketing blogs and a ChatGPT prompt that said “write a professional caption about mindset”… then crack on scrolling because you are NOT going to enjoy what comes next. oopsie nootttttt... Now I can already hear it… “Mimi how fricken bold of you, how rude of you.” SIDE NOTE, I am not here to people please, I am here to LEAD, and the reason I get this fired up about it is because I actually fricken care. I care BIG TIME about people with epic ideas hiding behind safe, copy-and-paste sounding content because somewhere along the line they were told to smooth their edges off and sound “professional.” (Poop sauce) AND YES I know right now half of you are laughing and the other half are thinking “oh shit… is she talking about me.”. Here’s the deal. This is my opinion. And I stand by it… HELLO Because if I see ONE more piece of content that has clearly been spat out by ChatGPT with NAFF ALL personality, ZERO story, ZERO perspective, ZERO intention, ZERO integrity, ZERO nerve and the emotional energy of a floppy soggy cucumber sandwich… I might actually fart in a swimming pool and film a reel about the bubbles. Completely pointless yes, but still more personality than half the content floating around the internet right now. AND YOU KNOW THE KINDA POSTS I’M TALKING ABOUT… “5 tips to improve your mindset today.” “3 things every entrepreneur should know.” “Consistency is key.” “Just believe in yourself.” WOW. Groundbreaking… Here’s the thing though… the internet is FULL of people producing content. But producing content and LEADING with your voice are two very different games… and most people are still playing the wrong one., and right now we’ve got a lot of content and a lot less leadership. When you try to sound like everyone else, you disappear into everyone else. And leaders don’t disappear.
