Setting Intentions
Happy Monday! I know this time of year is hectic and busy as ever. I find it helpful to take a moment or two to organize my thoughts and write down the things I intend to do that day/week. But while the to-do list helps us feel productive, there are other feelings we can work toward as well. When it comes to setting intentions, let's not just focus on what we need to DO, let's also focus on how we want to FEEL. So, as you jot down your to-do list today (or tomorrow), I invite you to include an intention of how you want to feel at the end of the day. Let that intention guide your actions for the day. If you feel comfortable sharing, I'd love to hear what your intention is for today/this week. Share in the comments below!

I do like chair yoga and gentle, relaxing yoga. I haven't really tried more active yoga but am always up for a challenge

Hi, I am Danni. I live in Australia and have a 5 year old daughter. We are a homeschooling family - I was homeschooled and am now continuing that role with my 5 year old. I am a certified hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, tarot reader and evidential medium (jack of all trades lol). I am working on building our own self sustainable living on our acre block - slowly but surely it is taking form.

This live replay worked out great. And such an easy session to implement. As someone who is working from a desk, it is nice to have short little exercises that can be used throughout the day.
