@Shauna Hay-Viets It is slowly growing and evolving each season. I also made the decision to only plant edible plants (veges, fruit, herbs and flowers) so that there is absolutely no confusion for my 5 year old what is okay to eat and what is not - also for myself though coz I would likely forget 🤣🫠
@Shauna Hay-Viets thata great he is out and learning about it. So many people are disconnect from their food and I really want to nurture how important it is to keep that connection

In the past week, I have been able to recentre myself after a period of very stressful and busy weeks. This has allowed me to re-evaluate where I see myself now and where I want to see myself. From that I created a game plan and set myself up a schedule to achieve that.

Before getting out of bed, I stretch right out and try to make myself as big as possible to get a stretch into my whole body. When I have been sitting for a while, like to stand up and stretch my arms above my head and then out to the side. When my arms are out to the side I do large & slow circle motions to get some movement.
