Blender / Plasticity would be the way to go.. either way Affinity would still be great to see. How about fixing/exporting into SVG then using it as follows Affinity > (import) Plasticity. I have had some issues with this and most tut's are out dated.
Issues with filleting
Hey everyone, I am facing an issue with filleting sometimes and I couldn't figure out why. So I am following the car course now and after piping the surface and duplicating the edge and lofting it I start to see some gaps in lofted surfaces. And of course I am having an issue with filleting it after. Can you guide me to a proper direction please? What might be the reason for that? I followed exactly the process - imprint - rebuild - pipe - boolean - duplicate - loft with g0 I know that in these specific areas I am not supposed to fillet in these specific areas , but it's a good example and I face it in some other areas too

It might help if you posted the *.plasticity file :) specially for dumb people like me :D
Helmet course
My project file got overwritten and I'm too sad to start it all over from scratch but I'm pretty confident on taking this ref in and watching the course and using this as the backplate instead. Wish me luck and I'll post questions this time. I've been grinding so far on my own to figure all my hurdles out but I'm ready to start getting input to advance further and more quickly.

Good luck buddy! You got this! Btw, plasticity does create backups.. maybe you can find one
Alt + Left click
Did something change or I'll have to just go through my functions and settings one by one in regards to alt + left click selecting all in a loop. It still seems to work like that when working with sheets or solids. But I could have sworn is did that for curves as well when I first got Plasticity. Now when I try to do it with a set of curves that are connected but there are others that are not touching but in the same base, they all get connected.

@William Bourque sounds like some type of Mandela effect hehe
Gyroscope
A small gyroscope with the aim of confusing my cats with physics later on. It will be 3D printed, but it's not finished yet, and I've also created the middle section in several other shapes.
