Help with my grand slam offer
Hi, Not 100% sure if this is the right group to post to but said I'd chance it.... I'm running a Facebook ad agency (only started a couple of months), focusing on the health and fitness niche. I'm also reading Alex Hormozis book, $100 Million Offers. I'm trying to come up with a desirable offer and than jot down the pain points people would have around the offer. What I've come up with is "Doubling your gym memberships in 90 days" First off - not sure if that's a stretch, but want to put something big out there... But my main problem.... When I was coming up with pain points for people when they read that I was thinking of stuff like; - Need a bigger gym - Have to hire more staff - Need new/more equipment - Classes become overcrowded - etc. And then following the book was to write up solutions for them problems and I have a list like; - How to double your gym memberships without the need for a bigger gym - How to double your gym memberships without the need to hire more staff - ect. My problem/confusion is, I run an ads agency and I feel like I'm dipping into the world where I will be offering solutions to things I have no idea of. Like I can offer solutions on how to run their ads to double their memberships. But I wouldn't know how to offer a solution on how to double their memberships and not need a bigger gym. Has anyone else had this problem when trying to create a grand slam offer? Could really use some insights and help on this
