General question
Not sure this is an approprite question for this particular group. Are there any DSCR lenders that will lend on small MHPs POHs rural location?Trying to determine if Morby Method is an option. Thanks

@Paul Brown What would you need for info specifics or general? Its a small park in northern ID small pop, 10 spaces 9 poh, 1 toh, SFR and 3 storage units. 100% occupied Trailing 12 month NOI 103k. Seller looking for wants large downpayment --this is a deal I am helping another Sub 2 member with. I am just trying to determine if it wouldnt even qualify for DSCR loan or morby method type structure.. I assume not given the size and the rural location.
