I'm starting to get people calling me now! Just had a phone call this afternoon with a potential client who is needing EMD for a Wholesale deal he's executing out of state. We talked about pricing, timing, and requirements and said "You have the best pricing I've come across and you answered all my questions. I'm definitely going with you." Should be seeing a request coming through my white label site in the next day or so.

Hello team! Do we have a DSCR lender that we use for stack method or does the borrower need to have a DSCR lender in mind already?

Do we do POF for clients so they can get under contract? I know I saw something somewhere about it but I can’t find it.

Does RQF only fund DP on a stack method? I have an investor asking about a potential scenario and I just want to be verify I answer him correctly. I believe he’s asking about funding DP on a fix and flip. “Let’s say I need $50K for a down payment your fee would be $2500 correct? What is the time frame on getting your money back to you?”

@Paul Brown do you have access to gap funds and HML? I see on the website there are options to submit for those products? Also if we submit or refer an investor to the site and they dont put our name down on the form as referring broker etc..can we just let you know as a follow up so the person gets credit for the referral?
