Adding to my practice/listening to body
Not here next Saturday, family time, but will watch lessons in the week. Still on Cpap machine, take Melatonin in night, put nasual tap on nose Plan to get up in do breathing stretching excises, and add self Soothing exercise in night. If I find it to much will do one or the other, but ideally do both. Going to listen to body too say find out what it says
