I’m just working through the chakra series now. I did the heart this morning and as I said my sandkalpa right at the beginning’emotion’ came to the surface immediately- amazingly I stayed with it and accepted it. This is a very powerful series Ayla.

I've been sitting with gratitude today... The kind that notices the little things. The text that came at the right time. The body that kept showing up. The moment you let yourself rest without guilt. I have included a Yoga Nidra practice for us. It's below if you need it. Sometimes we just need permission to take rest, and I am here to remind you... you can. Yoga Nidra for Gratitude I want to ask you something, and I really mean it: What's one thing that supported you this week? Maybe it was a person. Maybe it was your own resilience. Maybe it was finally sleeping through the night, or the way the light looked yesterday morning, or simply... being in the presence of loved ones. COMMENT below if you feel called to share. Day Nine | Mental Clarity

It’s been great doing this practice daily- I’d got slack and let it slip. I had an incident this morning where words were spoken which might have ‘hurt’ instead I had clarity and no ‘hurt’. I was the witness that understood the speakers ‘issue’ and it wasn’t me. YN practice is amazingly subtle.
