Here's how it works: Replies are captured from the Instantly API and categorized based on interest level (interested, soft no, or hard no). The AI system researches each prospect, scraping their website and gathering relevant information. Using a knowledge base that continuously improves, the AI generates personalized, well-crafted replies for each lead. These replies are stored in a Notion database, allowing for easy review and customization. The results have been astonishing. By sending fully personalized, researched responses tailored specifically to each prospect, we've seen our booking ratio skyrocket. In our PR agency, we've gone from booking 50 calls per 30 days to 116 calls per 30 days – a 200% increase! And as the AI system learns and improves, these numbers continue to climb.
