A few I’ve learned the hard way whilst building The Prosperity Network: - I’d focus way more on early culture than early numbers - I’d design engagement loops from day one (challenges, simple leaderboards, quick wins) - I’d get tighter on the one clear outcome the community exists to deliver - I’d set up my tiers NOW, instead of waiting to feel “ready” The funny thing is, once momentum starts building, you realise the small stuff early on compounds massively later.
