Not judging But this job announcement sounds like “so not inspiring” Is this how you want your brand to be remembered for? So not savage More like you just reminded me of my worth

@Evan Ezell funny enough I just posted my job opportunity Each one to their own You attract who you are at the end of the day The problem with those kind of job opportunities you will churn them by the hundreds I rather keep them long term The word savage is also slightly insulting to certain cultures
14 Reasons Why Owning a House is a TERRIBLE Idea
I've been on the brink of buying a house more than a dozen times. Which is why I just wrote a list of 14 reasons why owning a home is a terrible idea. You can read it here. I will likely always rent instead :) Most of us were sold on this house-owning fantasy of “The American Dream” at an early age... This document shows you just how LITTLE SENSE it makes in 2024 for most of us. TLDR: There are MUCH better places to put your money. Enjoy the read. T

You don't t think land with water has no value? I know where I would rather be if I had to evacuate a city All that money with nowhere to go or able to spend it, seems a bit fruetless Makes you wonder why people build bunkers with water access Hopefully I will never have to witness it in my.lifetime

@Neil Hansen two of my best friends work for the government here in Australia in the disaster evacuation section and they keep saying that if you live in a city you have 72hrs max for you to survive due to the fact that there will be no electricity, petrol, water etc, and people will start going against each other. You can have all the money in the world or bitcoins and it will do zero for you. Meanwhile the ones thriving will be the ones with land with water supply. You will be able to grow your own food and at least have a plan B. Give me land and water any day.

It's such a competitive market. I get bombarded around 10 times a day about someone doing my reels. Here is maybe something helpful for you to consider. I pay $25 per reel or $500 per month for 15 reels ( short and long and posting + managing all my social media channels ) I chose one guy in comparison to anyone else because this is what he did. (So is not so much about the cost but is more about the fact that someone took the time to download one of my videos and then he sent me a reel that he did for me free of charge) and didn't keep chasing me for a sales call ( I hate calls as time is something I can never get back as a busy entrepreneur) As an offer creator I found his approach refreshing, as I teach clients how to stand out , so I signed up with him on the spot while the others were still pitching me, following up with me and insisting on a call and puffing their chests with their clients portfolio. . This are his own words and I must say he is only 19 yrs old and I know I am his very first client, but the guy is super talented and I didn't care if he had a lot of testimonials. I knew he was right for me. ________________ If you want to start a creative business using your skillset here are 7 STEPS that made me sign my first client in a matter of days. 1. NICHE PICKINGThe riches are in the niches, focusing on one target avatar and one way to market first. Simplify your process as much as you can to start fast and deliver your services as soon as possible .Go on YouTube and look for your Ideal Potential Client, in my case business consultants who want to develop their inbound marketing. 2. LEAD RESEARCH Most people say that you have to focus on the QUANTITY of reaching out but as you are just starting out you have no leverage or much track record to show. IN THE BEGINNING, do low-volume reachouts a week but with high personalization.Collect as much info about the potential client and their business. 3. USE YOUR SKILL AND GIVE VALUE UPFRONT
