Day 24: Question the Limits | Moving Through January
Today includes some floor-based movement. Getting down to the floor can feel like a challenge, and it was for me too, so I’m right there with you. Sometimes the limits feel more mental than physical. Whether you stay standing, use a chair, or explore the floor, move with presence and curiosity. Gently question what you think you can or can’t do, and move well today.

Today is a quick cardio session. You can do it seated or standing. Move with a bit of pace, get the heart rate up, and enjoy the movement. We’re building a healthy heart, a strong body, and a clear mind. Move with strength and pace today.

Day 21: Movement With Weights | Moving Through January
Today I got into the gym and added a little bit of weight. If you have weights nearby, or anything you can hold onto, a bit of resistance can be a great addition. Lifting weights from time to time can help build strength and support long-term health. That said, you don’t need weights to move today. Stay active in whatever way works best for you.

Day 20: I Do It Anyway | Moving Through January
Tired. Unmotivated. Not feeling it. Whatever the reason, today’s mantra is simple: I do it anyway. With movement, and with anything in life you want to show up for, take the mental noise out of it. Show up. Take the small action. Do it anyway.
