Day 21: Movement With Weights | Moving Through January
Today I got into the gym and added a little bit of weight. If you have weights nearby, or anything you can hold onto, a bit of resistance can be a great addition. Lifting weights from time to time can help build strength and support long-term health.
That said, you don’t need weights to move today. Stay active in whatever way works best for you.
