There’s a girl who’s been to each one of my events. I haven’t showed her any sexual/romantic interest and I have friend zoned her. I am interested in getting to know her more on a potentially serious level. When is the most opportune time to show intent? And, how should I go about it?

If you’re out and about and you see an attractive woman and you talk to her and you give her a compliment on her looks, is that too much intent?
