@Danya Johnson Lots of opportunities in the Atlanta area!
What's your favourite distance to compete in and what's your preferred distance to compete in?
My strength 💪 clearly lies in the 10k- half marathon however if i had access to the best resources/infrastructures,I would be training for the 1500 meters.

@Neel Dhutia Too many to list and the reality is, I will never get back to them given when I did them and my age now!

Nice! What are you training for?
Run Faster With LESS Effort Using This Breathing Trick ⚡
What if I told you the key to running faster wasn't more mileage—but better breathing? When you master breathing technique, you: 🔹 Feel calmer during hard efforts 🔹 Maintain pace with less energy 🔹 Recover faster between intervals 🔹 Never deal with side stitches again 🔹 Finish races strong instead of gasping Most runners focus on everything EXCEPT the 20,000+ breaths they take per run. That's a mistake. Your breath-to-step ratio should be intentional: 2:2 for easy 3:3 for moderate 4:4 for recovery But the real game-changer? Learning how to breathe during hills, speed work, and when you're fatigued. That's what my 4-Week Breathing Workshop is all about. You'll learn: ✅ Diaphragmatic breathing vs. chest breathing ✅ Breathing rhythms for every effort level ✅ How to stay calm when intensity spikes ✅ Side stitch prevention techniques ✅ Pre-race breathing protocols ✅ Recovery breathing for better sleep Practical. Simple. Effective. Each session = instruction + drills + take-home practice Starts Today (Wednesday) FEB 4th • Virtual • Limited spots Click on the link in calendar to join us today (those that join have access to the replays) 🗓️ Comment "READY" if this is the missing piece in your training!
