🎥 REPLAY NOW AVAILABLE: The Cadence Webinar Everyone's Talking About
If you missed yesterday's live session on running cadence and injury prevention, the replay is now up in the classroom—and you need to watch it. Here's what runners are saying: "I had no idea cadence could impact joint loading that much. This explains so much about my knee issues." "Finally, someone explained this in a way that actually makes sense. Not just 'run at 180'—but WHY it matters." "The research breakdown was incredible. I feel like I actually understand my body now." Why This Matters: Most runners have heard about cadence, but very few understand how it actually works or how to change it safely. This webinar bridges that gap with clear explanations of the biomechanics, solid research backing, and practical implementation strategies you can use immediately. What's Inside: ✅ The real story behind impact forces and injury risk ✅ Why 5-10% increases are the sweet spot (and how to calculate yours) ✅ Evidence from long-term studies showing these changes actually stick ✅ Measurement tools you already have access to ✅ Training protocols that won't overload your system ✅ The biggest mistakes to avoid when retraining cadence The Best Part? This isn't about chasing someone else's "perfect" number. It's about understanding your baseline, making small strategic adjustments, and letting your nervous system adapt naturally over time. Watch it in the classroom And after you watch, drop a comment below: - What surprised you most? - What's your current cadence, and are you thinking about adjusting it? - What questions do you still have? Let's keep the conversation going. Your body (and your running longevity) will thank you. 🏃‍♂️💪 #RunSmarter #InjuryPrevention #RunningBiomechanics #CadenceTraining

@Heather Gansel thank you, it felt smooth.
140-150 meters in n outs.
Today I performed a speed workout where I run 45-50 meters and then I run hard(not sprint) for 45-50 meters and I float for 45-50 meters.
