#Pike Two is the truth! One of my favorite things about creating the material to share, is creating the material to share. I get to DO the training in a focused, intentional way, and fully present a single set of connected topics within each session and category. This is indeed a wonderful example of the beauties of giving, and its undeniable relationship to how giving gives back with receipts.

Every series has discoverable beauty when done in order! GGBB #4 is related to #1, with nuances in direction of movement, position, and general articulation. I am loving this training, because it is unexpectedly increasing an ease of movement that I didn't realize I needed. I live a lifestyle of improvement, so both challenge and change are rewarding. This one made me realize how much my back is in the way. When I pushed down and curled, for both sides even, I found myself gasping for air because all of a sudden my body was in alignment and I could breathe efficiently for the first time in a while. Amazing. I have to get my back out of the way, I feel the efficiency in which I move will be exponentially increased. Thank you

Is there any specific order you'd recommend for more get the back out of the way alignment?

GGBB #1 and #2 are available. This category and series is for healing and developing the tissues that support the stability and strength of you middle and lower back. It is also great for gaining additional access to the hamstring and adductors in a straddle by removing more of your back from the equation. Even if your back does not feel stiff before you do these exercises, you will quickly realize the superior nature and development potential afterward. Get at it and Flex Hard!

GGBB Session Seven is Available!
#GGBB Session #7 11/8/2025 is a special one for me. It is a solution to a personal injury from EXACLY nine years ago this week, and the second iteration of solutions to an injury from when I was a wee lad of 19. PLUS, this healed my shoulder earlier this year/late last year while working with a one on one client for a totally different reason. This Back session is equally a Shoulder solution extraordinaire, and a personal favorite because of my history with it.

So I did this and while my left hip was on top and I was reaching I realized I still have an injury in my left groin that I completely forgot about. It was making it hard to to to reach while keeping my knees down and together but the exercise still created space and I felt my hips still tuck into place slightly. Is there a recommendation to deal with this groin thing? Thanks so much!

The biggest thing is just the integration of my lumbo pelvic hip complex into the rest of my body. This is 100% what I needed. Thanks so much Andre for making this available.

@Andre Victorian session 2 or 3 with the crescent kicks on your back with compression. I was cricking and cracking all over the place 😂
