So I placed a order from decantx Sunday around 5pm eastern time it’s now Wednesday and I still didn’t get a email saying it shipped although I got a confirmation email on the order saying they’re gonna let me know when it ships. You have my email address when it comes to “sales” but when it comes to service that you don’t have? I tried calling them but the number on their website is saying it’s a google subscriber interesting 🤔 I’m utterly disgusted by the service they’re giving being the fact they send 10+ emails a day. Who knows maybe something will just show up at my door.
