We started our YouTube channel with 0 subscribers and 0 videos. Posted our first video 11 days ago and first short 9 days ago and we hit 20 subscribers overnight. I think this would help me a lot I tend to write down a lot of ideas But then I feel bad if I cross one out without completing it But I’m starting to think it’s ok to cross out an idea for two reasons 1. Its completed ~OR~ 2. It’s a bad idea What do you do about too many ideas @Mike Gowans
