Mike, when you have a list of ideas, how do you eliminate the bad ones to focus on the important ones

I think this would help me a lot

I tend to write down a lot of ideas

But then I feel bad if I cross one out without completing it

But I’m starting to think it’s ok to cross out an idea for two reasons

What do you do about too many ideas
