Hi
I'm Rifkah, from the North West of England (UK). I have traits of ADHD & Autism. I've spent my whole life feeling stupid compared to other people, despite having a sneaky suspicion I'm actually quite capable in some areas. Oh, the frustration, not knowing what to do to make things better. Well, I'm determined to make things run smoother now, for me & my kids. It's good to have back-up doing this.

You're definitely not stupid. ADHD seems to have similarities of autism, and it may even be a part of the spectrum. Most people with autism and ADHD are far from stupid and that is (for me) a contributing factor of why it is so hard to fit in. For me, it seems that a lot of people look at it as a weakness, but I think it may be an advantage that most people don't have. Figuring out how is the real question.

I think this is interesting. But the idea of social media and the creation of the "reel" has really shortened our attention span. There is a lot of information in the reel that goes by so quickly, but it will definitely be interesting to see how it all works.

Introduction
Hello, I'm Carlin. I'm from Iowa, USA. I got diagnosed with adhd when I was a kid (around elementary school) and I'm not sure I ever really grew out of it. I found this group through Facebook. I have long struggled with finishing what I start unless it really grabs my attention. I currently drive for Fedex delivering packages.
