Small Skool Big Money - $101k in sales
Just wrapped up a campaign where we did over 6-figures in sales in 12 days. I’ll break down what worked for my partner and I below. Feel free to ask q’s and I’ll do my best to answer them. Partner is in the real estate niche and we’ve been working with each other for a while now. @Travis Sago knows who this gem of a person is. GREAT partnership where we bounce ideas back and forth and love that he’s got a team that can support too. At the same time he just lets me do what I do best as an operator while he delivers, fulfills, and gets his clients amazing results. So we had this idea after seeing some other people have success with 3 and 5 day virtual events. I mapped the entire process from how they promoted it. How they framed the pitch. How they got people into sales convos. Etc. Most of those challenge funnels drove people to a sales call. Which can definitely work… but we don’t wanna manage a sales team. My partner didn’t want to get on sales calls either. So we decided to tap instead. I also noticed they lacked some “mojo” in how they run their sales process. So we tweaked and adapted some parts. Honestly, wasn’t sure how it would work out… but we always start with a TEST! No ads either. We started off with just his email list and social media. Not TOO big of a list either–only 500 opens. His Facebook profile had a bigger audience. We drove everyone to a short registration page on Clickfunnels THEN to a Skool group. By the end of the pre launch we had about 300 people inside the Skool group. As we were getting people registered we were planning out the 3-day challenge presentation. What to say, when to say it, the psychology, energy, all of that. The ONLY way for people to attend the 3-day challenge was to join the Skool group. Day 1: Sell the opportunity, destroy false beliefs, and build excitement for the framework Day 2: Teach the PLAN at a high level and begin soft pitching the offer Day 3: Destroy limiting beliefs, make the full pitch with value stack, and point people to the T1

First time auction success: $31k winning bid
Long time lurker here, first time poster... 2 days ago, I ran a 24-hour auction in my Skool group of 400 people. There was a "pool party" theme to make the event even more fun and exciting than it might be otherwise. All in all, around 35 people ended up making a bid. Out of those, 10 or so were actively and continuously bidding for the actual offer over the 24 hours. The winning bidder wasn't one of them — he only swept in during the last 2 or so minutes, and won the auction in a photo finish, with a last-second $31k bid. (I had initially estimated the entire auction might bring in $10k total.) Along with the winning bidder, now I also have 10 people who have expressed a serious level of interest in the outcome I was promising in the auction offer. I'm talking to them as well, to see how we might end up working together. On top of all that, my entire group is on a kind of high. Folks really got into the auction and the pool party theme — there were side bets going on, running gags, people goosing each other on, and lots of jokes, to the point that somebody recommended giving out a prize for the funniest comment (a suggestion that was immediately adopted). There are 755 comments on the auction post, and a bunch of members have written me afterwards to thank me for putting on an exciting and fun spectacle. All that's to say... now I'm a believer. And I'll be doing more auctions soon. Big thanks to both @Travis Sago and @Chris Dyson for their help before, during, and after the auction.

Question about group ownership when creating a Skool community for an auction
We’re running a Pop-Up Auction for a partner, and they want the whole thing to be completely hands-off. I'm going to create the Skool group where the auction will take place. Since I’ll technically be the creator, the group will show as “By My Name,” but the audience doesn’t know me at all. My initial plan was: In the emails driving people to the Skool group, I’d just say something like: “My assistant David set up a new Skool group where the auction will take place. Is there another way to handle this? Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? Any advice is appreciated! @Travis Sago

@Fabricio Schaffrath Thanks 👊 Just curious, in case she wants to remove you from the group in the future, did you agree to keep the list of members?
First Auction Win: Wrapping it up at $174,000 in sales 🫠
@Marcus Karl and I are wrapping up our first auction this weekend. I was positive it would do well. But damn... I didn't think it would go this well. Believe it or not, this is my first time making money on a campaign! QLL deal in May: Flop Poll tap deal in June: Mega flop Auction in December: *Great Success!* (Borat voice) All I needed was a damn win. Now we're working on two more auction campaigns!

Would you bid $2 to own this 631 member AI Skool Community?
I'm putting out feelers here... I know you'd need more deets... But... I've got a gent with a sweet 631 member Skool community about making money with AI. MANY are BUYERS. Inside the classroom: 👉Manus Mastery: Making money with Manus $597 (this is a mind-blowing course) 👉Manus AI Affiliate System: HOT! Detailed course on making money as an affiliate with AI/Manus $497 👉VIBE CODING: Create money-making apps with no coding experience. $97 (super hot. Would make a great front end) 👉Creating Video with Google VEO3: $59 (Another great front-end.) 👉Author Empire: Publish and profit with AI - IN DEMAND $697 All the courses are detailed and an amazing experience. (The teacher is skilled in teaching.) The varying price points are a huge advantage for front ends, upsells and backends. PLUSSSSS.... This community is a VIRGIN to auctions, polls and other mojo monetization. There are so many auctions that the winner could profit from with just what's in the classroom. 🤯The winner could also TURN ON the AFFILIATE traffic tap and grow the group pretty easy. The members are already into affiliate marketing. Going from 631 to 1000 wouldn't be difficult. Also... 🎅NONE of the premium tiers have been turned on! I'd turn on FREEMIUM and have 2 paid recurring tiers. So... Just based on what I've laid out here... 👉Would you bid 2 bucks to own this Skool community? New Bonus ideas: 💥 👉 What if I Community Wingmanned the winner for 6 months? Helped with growth, strategy and auction/polls $$$ making?

I help biz owners generate six-figures a month in new sales. I only get paid after they get paid. Over $1M generated for my partners since June 2024.
