Editing Course Suggestions Please
Thinking of taking an editing class in college. Before I do, can anyone suggest a private course that might be better or more relevant?

When I was looking to hire an editor, I created a course for them to go through. I was very meticulous as I wanted someone who could pay attention to detail. If you'd like to check it out, it's free! https://52-week-guitar-player.teachable.com/p/how-to-edit-for-brandon
Best Platform For Selling Digital Downloads
Well hello. Does anybody know of a platform where you can sell a digital product where when someone buys, the download starts automatically? I know I could just set up an email automation to send them the product after they buy, but I don't want to be dependent on email deliverability. My goal is just for the download to start immediately when they purchase.

$200k USD Revenue in 11 Days
I've talked about my process a bit in the past but I'll give you a quick recap as to how my process works. I would describe it as fairly straight forward. 1. I post short form content 2. All videos have 1 CTA: Sign up to the 52 Week Guitar Player waiting list (my product) 3. I open the program at the end of every quarter for ~ 2 weeks and only accept 100 new students 4. Repeat next quarter Basically my entire quarter is spent promoting the next opening of the program. Also important to note: the people that sign up to the waiting list enter a nurture sequence where they are emailed testimonials I started using this selling model at the start of 2023. Previously I was using a sales call funnel and constantly had the problems of not having enough calls booked and hiring sales reps. I sell my product for $2400 and I found it very difficult finding a sales rep who wanted to sell a product at that price point (10-15% commission of $2400 is not much). Because Q3 is not done yet, I still have a week to make sales, although the majority of the sales have already been made at this point, 84 units sold. In Q1 when I tried this I only sold 23 units. This way of selling is very similar to a launch model. The downside is I have to create content every week consistently, but we are content creators haha. I'm trying to find a way to generate waiting list sign ups where I'm not so needed. I'm currently working on a lead magnet to solve this problem. And even though the $200k revenue was made in 11 days, there was still an entire quarter of promoting the product that came beforehand. I think that's worth noting. Anyway, just wanted to share my process and I hope others can find it useful! Cheers.

@Honey Syed Accepting more would reduce the quality of experience for each student since personalized attention is something we offer. We presently don't have the infrastructure to handle more per quarter, but will as we scale up

This is Teachable's version of the 2 Comma Club Award (by Clickfunnels). Nice.

How I made 100k+ USD in revenue in the last 3 days
The short answer is a "launch model" The long answer is - it's not really a launch model, but very similar. I open up my program 52 Week Guitar Player every quarter for 2ish weeks. Between each opening, I create a waiting list by posting short form content across all the main social media platforms. I put out 6-8 pieces of content per day. The only call to action is to sign up to the waiting list. Then toward the end of each quarter I open up to the program to everyone on the waiting list for 3 days (where my $100k came from). Then after the 3 days I open it to the rest of my following. I will close access on June 30 for another 2.5 months. I've sold 45 units so far at a $2400 price point. The last cohort I did was far less successful. I only sold 23 units in the entire 2 week period. I learned a lot from the first cohort though and was able to change my process a bit. It's been working. Takeaways: 1. Spending time hiring a really great editor to help me with my content and paying extra for him was a solid move 2. @Andrew Kirby told me long ago to stop using ads. I was skeptical, but I'm happy I did. (With the exception of an $8/day Google search ad). Don't sleep on Andrew, he's incredibly intelligent. 3. Hire a social media manager - it takes time to post on all these fucking platforms. They're also minefields for distraction. Lastly, while this money was all generated over 3 days, 2.5 months of posting content daily went into this. I feel good. (Below is a screenshot of my first day open)
