struggling with deep focus
Lately I’ve been struggling with deep focus. It’s not a time issue. It’s not a workload issue. It’s the noise. Client delivery, team messages, new ideas popping up, small operational fires, Slack/WhatsApp notifications, and constant context switching… I noticed I’m jumping between tasks far more often than I’d like to admit. And every time I break a focus block, I pay for it in: - lower quality decisions - shallow thinking instead of strategic thinking - feeling reactive instead of in control - slower progress on the long-term projects that actually matter. The part that frustrates me most is this: I know I’m capable of working at a much deeper level. I’ve done it before. It’s where I create my best ideas, the systems that scale, and the clarity that moves my company forward. What I’m testing right now: - Zyn (nicotine pouches) - Eliminated instagram and youtue/linkeidn - daily roles - where i focus on - Monday -> Marketing, - tuesday -> sales, - wendsday & thursday --> delivery - friday -> ops & admin But I’m also curious: What have you guys tried that actually works? How do you maintain deep focus when you’re building, scaling, and constantly being pulled in multiple directions? If this resonates with anyone else, I’d love to hear what systems or habits helped you take back your attention.

Update on the Google Ads MCC Hijack Situation + Quick Favor 🙏
Hi all, Quick follow-up on the Google Ads MCC situation I posted about a couple weeks ago 😤 Where we’re at: - Day 14 of being locked out - Still no access to any accounts under our MCC - Ginny Marvin (Google’s Ads liaison) saw my LinkedIn post and flagged it internally, so there’s “some” movement - Still waiting on a concrete timeline and billing resolution plan The favor: I made a LinkedIn post earlier to get more visibility on this issue and start building a roadmap for other agencies who might get hit with this same scenario. If you have 2 minutes to help amplify, I’d really appreciate it 🙏 Here’s what actually moves the needle (having done deep research earlier): - Comment with something real (10+ words). LinkedIn weights comments heavily. - React with Insightful 💡 or Celebrate 👏. Stronger than a Like. - Save the post. Tells LinkedIn it’s worth revisiting. - Reshare or tag anyone you know at Google or in PPC. Here’s the link: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/activity-7401336848708726784-6DGv?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_ios&rcm=ACoAAAuLMJMBSYdAMY5zdEEHxOoKpSWgm3BVe-o Appreciate everyone who reached out after my first post. Will keep sharing updates as this unfolds. Hopefully we come out the other side with a real blueprint for anyone else who has to deal with this 🤘 Thanks 🙏

Information Fasting: Because Your Brain Is Bloated
Real talk: most entrepreneurs aren’t stuck because we don’t know enough. We’re stuck because we’re hoarding information like it’s toilet paper in 2020. New podcast? Listen. New book? Buy. New workshop? Sign up. New guru? Inject directly into brain. Meanwhile… actual execution is in the corner like: “Hey uh… remember me?” Six months ago I hit my limit. I was consuming so much, I swear my brain needed a RAM upgrade. So I tried something radical: I went on an Information Fast. Only a few podcasts Only 2–3 books Zero shiny workshops Just this 3XF community + Focus Framework implementation And guess what? When I stopped feeding my brain junk food… it finally had room to digest. The Focus Flywheel says it best: Learn → Implement → Iterate → Evolve (not “Learn → Learn → Panic → Buy another course”). Doing more. Consuming less. Actual freedom. Wild concept. Quick questions for you: What’s your #1 content addiction right now? If you stopped 80% of your intake for 30 days… would your life fall apart or get way better? What’s one piece of content you know you should break up with… but keep texting anyway? Drop your answers below — the Focus Framework demands it.

I so need to do this! A lot of people are saying this is the reason so many of us have been so forgetful lately. Our minds are bloated.
Kasim’s 4D Constraint Breaker Process
I wanted to share what I’m learning from Kasim’s 4D Constraint Breaker Process. What stands out is how often the real barrier isn’t structural. It’s avoidance. Most constraints aren’t hiding in the business. They’re hiding in the decisions we keep delaying. When we finally confront the thing we’ve been sidestepping, the entire system feels lighter and the path forward becomes clear. The operational work is usually simple once we stop resisting the root issue.

@Agnes Goh I'm new here so I haven't had an opportunity to look into Kasim's 4D Constraint Breaker Process yet what you've said really resonates with me. I'm in a transition in life and sometimes feel paralyzed with indecision. I can't wait to check this out.
