Kasim’s 4D Constraint Breaker Process
I wanted to share what I’m learning from Kasim’s 4D Constraint Breaker Process. What stands out is how often the real barrier isn’t structural. It’s avoidance. Most constraints aren’t hiding in the business. They’re hiding in the decisions we keep delaying. When we finally confront the thing we’ve been sidestepping, the entire system feels lighter and the path forward becomes clear. The operational work is usually simple once we stop resisting the root issue.
A way beyond WIIFM.
WIIFM? What’s in it for me? This is the key question we’re taught in ‘business-as-usual’ to answer in the first 3-5 seconds of someone encountering our brand. This thinking, though, assumes that the person already understands the significance of what we have. More and more, this is not the case, as our current circumstances demand new ways of thinking and doing life that do not map cleanly onto what came before. So WIIFM is only relevant if you understand the new context we, the bridges to the future, are operating from. If you are like most, you don’t already have that context, so it’s going to take more than 3-5 seconds to catch you up. 😅😅 Let’s explore this a little further. Why do we feel the need to demand that our wants be centered first from strangers? 1️⃣ we are inundated. with everything. Our brains can’t keep up, so we look for shortcuts 2️⃣ we are disconnected. the quiet knowing in our bodies drowned out by the noise of the outside world. We can’t read the signals, so we demand that others make connections 3️⃣ we are sick of being misled. Much about ‘business-as-usual’ is dependent on deception and manipulation. So we demand answers to questions others will never have in an effort to feel more in control of our hijacked nervous systems. So, I hold nothing but compassion for the parts of us (parts of me, too!) who want the quick, 5-second reason why someone or something deserves our attention. However, I would like to offer a different way of regaining a sense of control that does NOT require anyone to jump to answer our immature demands [WIIFM]: 1️⃣ Learn to give our mind healthy tasks and fire it from taking on the role of decision-maker. Human Design is a body of work and practice that can help us do this. 2️⃣ Learn how to interpret our body’s ‘tells’, so both mind and body can collaborate for our greatest good. Parts work, like that done in the practice of Internal Family Systems, is incredibly powerful at helping us understand this in an integrated way.
A way beyond WIIFM.

This is a thoughtful take. You’re right that WIIFM doesn’t land when people aren’t grounded in the new context. Slowing down, reconnecting with our own signals, and making decisions from a clearer place changes the whole conversation.

@Laith Nsour Sounds like you’ve built a lot already, and it’s clear you know exactly where you want to go next. Delegation, hiring, and getting the right systems in place will make a real difference as you shift out of the daily work and focus on growth. Looking forward to seeing how you build the structure and team support you need to grow.
From Olympic dreams to digital nomad life…
Hey everyone, I’m Leonardo I’m from Switzerland and have been an entrepreneur for most of my life — founding or co-founding ten companies between Switzerland and the U.S. It’s been a beautiful mix of wins, losses, and lessons that shaped who I am today. About five years ago, after a few tough business decisions that wiped me out, I decided to start completely fresh. I sold or gave away everything I owned, left Switzerland, and began a new life as a digital nomad. Since then, I’ve lived in Spain, Turkey, Dubai, India, the Philippines, the U.S., Colombia, Argentina, Paraguay — and now I’m in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Every place has taught me something new about life, people, and resilience. I discovered Kasim through Perry Belcher's Ignite group and later through his YouTube videos — and I’m so grateful I did. I just completed the AEO certification and plan to launch an AEO agency for the German-speaking countries. Kasim’s clarity, generosity, and genuine wisdom really resonate with me. Fun fact: I used to be a world-class high jumper! I missed the Olympics three times but later became a world champion in my age group — proof that persistence eventually pays off. What I have: decades of entrepreneurial experience, marketing know-how, and a passion for building things that make a difference. What I want: to grow my AEO agency and learn how to scale it the right way. What I need: mentorship, collaboration, and connection with like-minded entrepreneurs. Really happy to be part of this inspiring community — and excited to learn, grow, and contribute alongside all of you. 🙏

Leonardo, what a journey. From Olympic-level athletics to rebuilding from scratch across continents, that kind of persistence doesn’t just show up, it’s built. The fact that you turned hard resets into a new chapter instead of a setback says a lot. I love that you’re bringing AEO to the German-speaking market, and I believe your mix of experience and global perspective puts you in a strong position. Looking forward to seeing how you build it out.

Beyond hunger : The strength I discovered in 72 hrs
I’m officially on the other side of my 72-hour fast! Woohoo. … and honestly? I feel more than proud. You may have heard about fasting, you maybe tried it, doing it, or not your cup of tea … and that’s ok! I have done fasting before, but 72 hrs was my mountain Everest! I wanted to do it, because I was curious… I have heard about the health benefits by doing 72 hrs fasting( once in a while or if you are a climber, twice a year). The biggest thing I hv learned was : I can do more than I think. Not by being superhuman, not by pushing through pain, but by taking it one step at a time and trusting myself. I realized how powerful the mind truly is. How much it can carry when your body feels uncertain. How much strength lives inside us when we stop doubting it. I am a human and did wobble at hour 50! Hour 50 was my wall. I felt uncomfortable, tired, not enjoying it at all. My body wasn’t thrilled. And the voice in my head said, “Why are you doing this? You’ve already done more than ever before. You can stop now.” And honestly? That would have been okay. But then another thought came: How will I feel if I stop now, knowing I still have more to give and this isn’t even my hardest excruciating point? That was the moment I chose not to quit! So I kept going, minute by minute, hour by hour. I stayed busy. I drank water. I focused on the next step, never the whole staircase. The final stretch felt surprisingly normal. The hunger was there, but distant, like a quiet sound in another room. And that last hour? Pure excitement. I had already prepared my first meal the day before, and the anticipation felt like a little celebration inside me. The Moment With My Son… I picked up my son from after-school club and told him, “Mommy hasn’t eaten for three days, and my first meal will be with you.” His eyes lit up. “Mommy, you did it! That’s amazing!” After dinner, we were practicing his phonics. There was a small empty space on his paper, and he scribbled a little note: “I love you because you are a star.”

Congratulations on completing your 72-hour fast. That’s a meaningful milestone, and I appreciate how honestly you walked through the highs and the hour-50 low. Your reflection on taking it one step at a time stood out. It shows how much strength sits beneath the surface when we stop doubting ourselves. The moment with your son was beautiful, and it captured the heart of your whole experience. You didn’t just finish a fast. You proved to yourself what you’re capable of. Well done.
