Update on the Google Ads MCC Hijack Situation + Quick Favor 🙏
Hi all, Quick follow-up on the Google Ads MCC situation I posted about a couple weeks ago 😤 Where we’re at: - Day 14 of being locked out - Still no access to any accounts under our MCC - Ginny Marvin (Google’s Ads liaison) saw my LinkedIn post and flagged it internally, so there’s “some” movement - Still waiting on a concrete timeline and billing resolution plan The favor: I made a LinkedIn post earlier to get more visibility on this issue and start building a roadmap for other agencies who might get hit with this same scenario. If you have 2 minutes to help amplify, I’d really appreciate it 🙏 Here’s what actually moves the needle (having done deep research earlier): - Comment with something real (10+ words). LinkedIn weights comments heavily. - React with Insightful 💡 or Celebrate 👏. Stronger than a Like. - Save the post. Tells LinkedIn it’s worth revisiting. - Reshare or tag anyone you know at Google or in PPC. Here’s the link: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/activity-7401336848708726784-6DGv?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_ios&rcm=ACoAAAuLMJMBSYdAMY5zdEEHxOoKpSWgm3BVe-o Appreciate everyone who reached out after my first post. Will keep sharing updates as this unfolds. Hopefully we come out the other side with a real blueprint for anyone else who has to deal with this 🤘 Thanks 🙏

Information Fasting: Because Your Brain Is Bloated
Real talk: most entrepreneurs aren’t stuck because we don’t know enough. We’re stuck because we’re hoarding information like it’s toilet paper in 2020. New podcast? Listen. New book? Buy. New workshop? Sign up. New guru? Inject directly into brain. Meanwhile… actual execution is in the corner like: “Hey uh… remember me?” Six months ago I hit my limit. I was consuming so much, I swear my brain needed a RAM upgrade. So I tried something radical: I went on an Information Fast. Only a few podcasts Only 2–3 books Zero shiny workshops Just this 3XF community + Focus Framework implementation And guess what? When I stopped feeding my brain junk food… it finally had room to digest. The Focus Flywheel says it best: Learn → Implement → Iterate → Evolve (not “Learn → Learn → Panic → Buy another course”). Doing more. Consuming less. Actual freedom. Wild concept. Quick questions for you: What’s your #1 content addiction right now? If you stopped 80% of your intake for 30 days… would your life fall apart or get way better? What’s one piece of content you know you should break up with… but keep texting anyway? Drop your answers below — the Focus Framework demands it.

So true! I catch myself in that consumption cycle and then wonder why I feel “overloaded”. After a nice media unplug, walking barefoot on the grass in the sun, I’m good as new. No more short circuiting🤘
Google Ads Manager Account Hacked - Help Appreciated 🙏
Hi all - I had a wild start to the week today. What happened: - One of my PPC specialist’s had their work email account hacked - The said hacker added themselves as an admin in our Google ads manager account - They then removed ALL of our legitimate agency team members from the MCC - 150+ client accounts at risk (Google Ads and LSAs), active campaigns running - This person has initiated various manual Google ads payments for $50,000…even three for $500,000 Current status: - I’ve called, chatted and emailed Google support and have case IDs loaded with documentation - Getting a 24-48 hour resolution estimate just for a response - Asked clients to freeze their credit cards + block google ads transactions with their banks - We’ve also: enabled 2FA on all team miners accounts and changed passwords - Hacker access is solely isolated to Google Ads thus far - no g-drive or access to other documents Need your input: 1. Has anyone dealt with this recently? What expedited your recovery? 2. Any direct escalation paths beyond standard support? 3. Contact at Google who handles emergency account recovery situations? 4. Ways to protect client accounts while locked out of MCC? 5. Legal/compliance considerations we should document NOW? Every minute this person has access increases risk to client data and campaigns. Needless to say, it’s not a fun situation having clients reach out, asking us why they’re seeing attempted charges for 50k from Google Ads. If you've been through this, or at least know someone at Google who can help escalate and treat this is as truly urgent, I’d really appreciate it your sharing in the comments or shooting me a DM🙏 I’ve already barraged support today and have case IDs, but I’m just trying to work all possible angles to get this resolved ASAP. Thanks in advance! 🙏

🧠 Focus OS + Constraint Breaker (my weekly anti-chaos stack)
I haven’t posted much here (yet!) and am one of "the lurkers" (lol). But, after digging in and testing/implementing, just wanted to share how I'm synthesizing the frameworks being shared here 🤘 I took the Focus Framework and Constraint Breaker systems and fused them with a master focus system that helps my ADHD brain feel less like I'm juggling chainsaws. What this does for me: Keeps my week clean, priorities obvious, and momentum compounding. 1) Daily cadence (protects my brain): - 7:45 Start Ritual: ask, “What’s my one priority today?” - 8:00–10:30 Deep Work: one high-leverage task, no Slack, no meetings, no “quick peeks.” - 10:30–2:30 Teams/Calls: collaborate, delegate, unblock. - 2:30 Wrap Ritual: log wins, set tomorrow’s single focus. - Friday 8:00: run the Constraint Breaker. 2) H.A.R.D. Prioritization (how I pick “the one”): Score a task 0–3 on each: Harm if not done, Aftershock gain, Revenue juice, Delay cost. - 0–4 = later or delegate - 5–8 = schedule - 9–12 = do first Example: “Fix onboarding SOP bottleneck” → H3 A3 R2 D3 = 11. That wins the morning. 3) My 3P Leverage Pyramid (sequence matters): Process → People → Product. Fix systems and automation first, then enable the team, then polish the deliverable. Don’t climb until Process is clean. 4) Constraint Breaker (weekly unblock): Run a fast 4D: Diagnose root cause (5 Whys) → Decide one constraint → Design the simplest fix (automate, delegate, eliminate) → Deploy a v1 by EOD Friday. Ship ugly. Iterate next week. My week at a glance: Mon–Tue = Process (SOPs, automations) Wed = People (train, delegate, hire) Thu–Fri = Product (ship the thing) + Friday 4D Rules that keep me honest: - Score once. Pick one. Ship one. Repeat. - Deep Work is a meeting with yourself. You wouldn’t miss it. - Define the Minimum Complete Deliverable before you start. - Simplicity beats clever. Version 1 today > perfect someday. If this hits home and you find it useful, feel free to copy and tweak my Google doc and make it your own here! >>> https://docs.google.com/document/d/10-wVpWeq5T83Qgi-EBLOtKIEKsT-vOApfc76bRti_hI/edit?usp=sharing

@Kasim Aslam Thank you for these frameworks! They gave the backbone needed to finally shape the structure I’ve been trying to setup for weeks now 👏
The Delegation Framework is LIVE!
One of the biggest reasons entrepreneurs stay stuck isn’t lack of strategy — it’s being trapped in the weeds of their own business. This framework gives you a clear, practical path to delegate with confidence, build reliable systems, and free up your time to focus on what actually moves the needle. Inside you’ll discover how to: • Spot the tasks you should stop owning. • Build simple structures your team can run without you. • Create space to lead instead of just manage. Head to the Classroom and look for The How to Delegate Framework
