Does anyone use compression recovery boots?
I’ve been looking into getting a pair but not sure if they have a real recovery effect or it‘s just marketing bogus👀

I’ve thought about getting some, I used to use them at a recovery centre a while ago and loved them.. haven’t got around to getting my own yet though..

Community for sure will be massive. Looking forward to meeting some people and organising some group sessions and all that. Also race strategy and tips, huge value in the chat about open water swimming last night. Definitely keen for more of that! Big fan of hearing about other people’s training and race experiences and what’s has helped make them successful.

KOA kit arrived today, looking forward to racing for the first time in RED 🔴 ! Got Sandy 2XU Olympic on Sunday and then all eyes on Geelong 70.3! Hopefully see some of the crew around 😁

Snack Ideas!
Hey team! So I’m a bit bored of my current snack rotation (trail mix/nuts, muesli bars, Greek yoghurt, homemade choc chip cookies) 🫣 does anyone have any ideas or favourites I can steal?

@Caitlin Philipps it’s actually not too bad, macros are pretty good if you don’t go mad with the chocolate. We just melt it in a bowl and then basically throw a whole bag of dates in and mix them around till their all coated.. lay them out on a tray and refrigerate until their choccy hardens again.. I usually eat like 5 at a time as a nice little treat 😁
