Hands down the community especially when it feels like a one man band up north🤓 and honestly just learning from the more experienced (saves me making the mistake myself lol)

I’d be keen knowing a bit more about RED-S, especially as a female athlete, prevention, things to look for, eating too much/not enough etc.

Hey team :) I’m Caitlin, 26 and living up in Townsville! I’m an oceanographer which throws a bit of a spanner in the works, training at sea but I make it work! I’ve got a background in swimming and dabbled in tris when I was younger, before starting to run during Covid (just like everyone else!!). I finished my first 70.3 at Geelong last year under my old run coach and jumped ship to join Greg for the start of this year! Looking forward to forward to seeing some of you up in Cairns!
