Hey Team! For many winter is rolling in. It was cold, wet and windy in Husky on Friday but cleared nicely for the weekend, albiet no swimming at all down there. I’d be keen knowing a bit more about RED-S, especially as a female athlete, prevention, things to look for, eating too much/not enough etc.
