💡🔥The Moment You Realize You Deserve More🔥💡 I quit my General JOB!
1️⃣ This week, I made one of the biggest decisions of my life: I quit my job. Not because it was bad. But because I finally understood my value. And that realization hits different. 2️⃣ For months, I felt like I was running in circles —busy, tired, surviving…but not growing. It felt like being stuck in mud: you move, but you go nowhere. And one day, you look down and realize… “I’m sinking.” That moment is painful — but it’s also powerful. 3️⃣ And believe it or not, this community is what woke me up. Your wins, your mindset, your discipline, your stories —they showed me what real growth looks like. They made me ask the hardest question: “If they can push their limits… why can’t I?” That question changed everything. 4️⃣So I made the leap. I stepped away from the comfort zone disguised as stability. And I chose something bigger: A real career.A real future.A real version of myself. No more shrinking. No more settling. N more sinking. 5️⃣ Between now and January, I’m all in: 🏋️‍♂️ Getting stronger physically — because discipline starts with the body. (check @Shervin Gerafiani course.. I'll upload some images and videos of my shirt-off body in the future 😁) 🎓 Earning cybersecurity certifications — because skill creates opportunity. 📚 Preparing for my French exam — because new doors open when you speak the language and for PR prerequisites. 💼 Expanding my network on Linkedin (based on lectures of @Alex B) Targeting cybersecurity roles — because this is where my future is built. 🤝 Staying connected with this community — because your environment shapes your success. This is my season of leveling up. 6️⃣ If you feel stuck… listen carefully: You don’t have to stay where you are. You don’t have to drown quietly. You don’t need permission to choose yourself. Sometimes the bravest thing you can say is: “Enough. I deserve better.” And that sentence might save your future. 7️⃣ I’m stepping into 2026 with clarity, hunger, and a community that pushes me higher. If you’re on the same path — reach out. LET'S GROW TOGETHER!

@Alex B Thank you, dear Alex. You gave us the insight to take a deeper look at our own abilities and capabilities. By the way, I’ve shared it there as well.

@Reza Goli I believe there are some trade-offs in this. If you truly believe you can get the job you’re aiming for, you’ll naturally be willing to leave whatever you’re doing now and start pursuing it fully. However, this is my POV.
✊Day 0 Task (B)- Linkedin Introduction (⚠️Very Important)
please follow below example and tell us about your story (good, bad or ugly, BE REAL BE RELAXED, you are in a safe zone here) in the comments: Include your linkedin profile link, a win/fail, a goal and an obstacle/struggle (*could be physical or mental limitation*) in your personal career story! Let's gooooooo🔥🔥 ✅Hi Everyone, This is Alex Amir. here is my linkedin profile https://www.linkedin.com/in/abajestani/ Please feel free to send me an invite. Wins: My biggest career Win is that I was able to enter my dream company PWC early in my Career (and yes I did a lot of work to get there) then moved on to KPMG, 2 of the big4! Where I was fortunate enough to be able to work and learn from many industries and various large size companies, through consulting in Human resource systems, mainly "Workday"! Then I got tired of employee routine and followed some contractors who were working for Big4 ! I tried to network with them and learn their secrets but wasn’t successful! As they were very conservative about these contracts! Long story short, with my willpower and curiosity personality, I found it! I learned a way to became an independent consultant! And get high-paying clients! All of a sudden my income tripled!! Lots of fun, Amazing pay and amazing flexibility! This lifestyle helped me choose my preferred projects to work on and decline the rest! I have consulted various clients in Workday HR systems such as Major Banks,Retails (Loblaws), Healthcare ( Cancer Care Ontario), etc across different industries which gave me a great perspective. In workday data conversion consulting industry, we go by total number of employees of the companies portfolio we consulted , for me this number is above 1 million headcount, having 100,000 under loblaw and metro stores chain itself! I have consulted as Workday Data and HRIS solution architect and currently as a Senior Workday ERP Engineer at a large healthcare organization across 10 states and I work remotely. But I do travel alot between US and Canada!

@Amirmehdi Moghadamfarid Welcome to the community, Amirmehdi! I’m happy to see that we share similar experiences — from the early years of migration to pursuing a path in Cybersecurity. I’d love to get to know you better and see you more active in the community. By the way, there are moments when motivation drops, especially during those first years as an immigrant when everything feels uncertain and challenging. But these phases are temporary. With the right mindset, discipline, and support — which you’ll definitely find here — you’ll overcome them. The more you give, the more you receive. It’s an unwritten law of life, and especially of this community. Welcome to the journey. Let’s grow together. 🌱
I Came Back With a Backpack Full Of Interviews
Hi BTٍE ! I was away for three weeks, and during that time I was studying. I passed my final engineering exam, and in the next few months, I’ll receive my license and officially become a Canadian Engineer as my honor. This system has truly amazed me 💜 I believe that I am doing my bit very well in accordance with coach @Alex B's courses! Once I finished my exam this week, I immediately started communicating with the people who had accepted my connection requests two weeks ago. As a result, I managed to secure three interviews from those two with recruiters and one with a hiring manager panel of four. All of them were pleased with how the interviews went, and each of the roles offered a salary above $130K. My final interview this week was yesterday with AECON. They mentioned they would get back to me within the next couple of weeks and asked about my availability. I told them one month. I also asked what they would expect me to accomplish in the first few months if I were hired. Their response was: training, building communication with colleagues and managers, and maintaining punctuality. The department director added that if I’m selected, an HR representative will contact me to go over details regarding benefits, compensation, the work environment, and more. I’m very optimistic about landing this job, but I’ll continue pursuing more interviews next week ...

ChatGPT Just Turned 3. How Are You Really Using It?
Today marks ChatGPT's third birthday. Three years old and somehow already doing half our thinking, while the rest of us still need coffee to find the “ON” button in the morning. It made me curious how everyone here actually uses ChatGPT. Not the polished “AI productivity” marketing talk. The real stuff. The messy daily uses, the shortcuts, the things you open it for when your brain checks out.Sometimes it feels like ideas slot together like quiet puzzle pieces when I use it, and other times the algorithm sneezed and suddenly a problem looks simple. For me, I use it mostly for structuring thoughts, speeding up planning, brainstorming when I’m tired, and checking weak points in my interview prep. It’s become part of the workflow whether I like it or not. So here’s my question for the group:What do you actually use ChatGPT for, and why? I feel like the real answers here will be way more interesting than anything on the internet. @Zara Vajihi @Alex B @Sheida Qmarc @Behnaz Gharahgozlo @Sara Moein @Saman Bazmi @Minoo Zar @Behnoud Shayesteh @Mehdi Haghighat @Maz Mohammadi @Keivan Mokhtarpour @Afsaneh Moayedi @Farnaz Shakibafar @Sepideh Fakhari @Mike Degany @Sahar Hashemi @Bardia Pakatchian

@Farid Pourreza Nice one Farid jun! When I started university, everything felt hard — writing essays, preparing for exams, even making a simple PowerPoint. I remember struggling so much in my first semester. But by the second semester, everything changed when I discovered how helpful ChatGPT could be. It helped me understand lecture concepts that professors sometimes couldn't explain clearly, organize my thoughts better, and even answer those random questions we used to debate during late-night hangouts. Honestly, it became one of the most useful tools I’ve ever worked with, and I’m excited to see how the next generations of it will evolve. I can totally see a future where ‘How to use ChatGPT’ becomes an actual university course. And about professors adapting — it reminds me of taxi drivers in the early 2000s when Uber first came out. It feels strange at first, but eventually everyone adjusts😁
GUYS… I’m officially back from the war 😂🔥
I swear this week was something else. Work attacking me from left, right, above, below EVERYWHERE. Projects exploding like fireworks. Stress stacked like Jenga about to collapse. Meanwhile… the clock hands were sprinting and I was literally chasing them like “WAIT FOR MEEEEE 😭🕒💨” And the weather??? Cloudy. 🥺☁️ Dark. Zero sun.🌒 The city looking like someone pressed the “sad filter.” Today it finally snowed… ❄️ and honestly? It felt like the only cute thing that happened all week. It hit me how much I missed the sunlight.🌤️ Then, because the universe wanted extra spice, I even had a disagreement with my teammates. And I was holding myself together like: “Don’t explode. Don’t scream. You’re classy. You’re a queen.” 😅👑 (But inside I was definitely fighting for my life.) Honestly… it felt like seven whole weeks shoved into one. BUT I MADE IT. I survived, I’m breathing, and I’m finally back to life. 🤍 it’s time to come back and say Hi 👋🙋🏻‍♀️ And because I deserved something sweet after this emotional rollercoaster, I made this super simple, super delicious dessert, perfect for a snowy evening with an espresso. And I HAD to share it with you all. 🍫❄️☕️
