Networking
Most people approach networking only when they need a job ! and that’s the exact moment it’s already too late. Recently, I realized something important: opportunities don’t come from random luck… they come from relationships we build before we need them. So I’m curious to learn from this community: 👉 What’s one networking habit that has actually helped you grow your career? For me, the biggest shift was this: I stopped sending generic messages and started building real conversations, one person at a time. It changed everything👌

🚀 The Mindset Shift That Changes Your Entire Job Search
There’s a moment in every job search where strategy alone isn’t enough. You can have the perfect resume, the perfect routine, the perfect goals…but if your mindset collapses, everything else collapses with it. 👉 “Release what you cannot control…Focus on what you can control.” This is the core of a growth mindset — and it’s the difference between those who move forward and those who burn out. Let’s break this down. 🧠 1. Growth Mindset ≠ Positivity It’s not about being optimistic. It’s about being adaptive. A growth mindset says: - “Challenges help me grow.” - “Feedback is constructive.” - “My effort and attitude shape my abilities.” - “I can learn anything I commit to.” - “I like to try new things.” This is not motivational fluff — it’s a performance framework. 🔥 2. The Real Power: Letting Go of What’s Not Yours You can’t control: - who calls you back - how long a company takes - how competitive a role is - what a recruiter thinks - macro layoffs or market shifts You can control: - your outreach - your upskilling - your routines - your attitude - your discipline - your consistency Success comes from mastering your controllables — not obsessing over the rest. 🎯 3. Daily Actions That Build a Growth Mindset Here’s the system from today’s slide, upgraded with BTE-level clarity: Be CuriousAsk questions, explore strategies, challenge your own assumptions. Be Open to LearningEvery new tool, framework, or task is a competitive advantage. Learn from FailuresA rejection teaches more than a success ever could. Focus on the ProcessThe process makes you stronger long before the result arrives. Don’t Give UpPersistence isn’t just a trait — it’s a skill. And like any skill, it gets sharper with practice. ⭐ My Insight A growth mindset doesn’t remove challenges…It simply gives you the resilience to keep executing through them. This is the mindset that turns “setbacks” into “setups.”This is the mindset that builds consistency. This is the mindset that creates long-term success — in job search and beyond.

ChatGPT Just Turned 3. How Are You Really Using It?
Today marks ChatGPT's third birthday. Three years old and somehow already doing half our thinking, while the rest of us still need coffee to find the “ON” button in the morning. It made me curious how everyone here actually uses ChatGPT. Not the polished “AI productivity” marketing talk. The real stuff. The messy daily uses, the shortcuts, the things you open it for when your brain checks out.Sometimes it feels like ideas slot together like quiet puzzle pieces when I use it, and other times the algorithm sneezed and suddenly a problem looks simple. For me, I use it mostly for structuring thoughts, speeding up planning, brainstorming when I’m tired, and checking weak points in my interview prep. It’s become part of the workflow whether I like it or not. So here’s my question for the group:What do you actually use ChatGPT for, and why? I feel like the real answers here will be way more interesting than anything on the internet. @Zara Vajihi @Alex B @Sheida Qmarc @Behnaz Gharahgozlo @Sara Moein @Saman Bazmi @Minoo Zar @Behnoud Shayesteh @Mehdi Haghighat @Maz Mohammadi @Keivan Mokhtarpour @Afsaneh Moayedi @Farnaz Shakibafar @Sepideh Fakhari @Mike Degany @Sahar Hashemi @Bardia Pakatchian

LinkedIn Connections
Hi everyone, hope your job search and interviews are moving forward with energy. I’m facing a situation that I think some of you have experienced, and I’d like your perspective. Let’s say you apply for Position X at Company Y. You connect with the hiring manager, the team members, even ask for referrals, but things don’t work out🙃 A few weeks later, a different role opens in the same company, and it’s also a good match. 👉 What’s the right strategy here? Should you reach out to the same people again? Have you personally been in this situation? What did you do, and what worked for you? I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences and best practices.👌👌
