One Win Today — More Coming Soon! 🚀
I started the first day of December with a small but meaningful win. I just received positive feedback from last week’s interview — the team shared that my foundation in data systems, Python, SQL, and end-to-end data concepts came through strongly. It was a great reminder that progress is built step by step, with consistency and patience. And the momentum isn’t stopping — I already have another interview scheduled for this week, and I’m excited to share more updates soon. Grateful for all the support in this community. Your encouragement makes the journey much easier. 🙏🚀📊

Woooow, so happy for you Hamed! Your consistency and hard work really show. Wishing you an even better offer from this week’s interview! 🚀
My reflection after 2 weeks of being active and networking on LinkedIn:
Today, I received some incredibly valuable advice from a technical recruiter about my LinkedIn profile. Based on his feedback, I realized that the changes I’m planning to make in my career need to align much more closely with the current market for my field. It turned into a long and meaningful conversation. He works for a high-level recruiting company, the same company that helped some of my friends land great jobs before. For me, this feels like a small win. Sometimes you already know the issues, but when you hear them clearly from someone professional and fully updated with the market, it hits differently. It motivates you to actually take action, and that’s exactly what I’m going to do next. Huge thanks to this community and to @Alex B for the networking lessons and the push to keep going on this journey. 🙏

Toastmasters Reference Hub
Hi everyone, I’m currently exploring Toastmasters clubs in my city because I’m planning to join one soon. I found a club that meets weekly online and hosts an in-person breakfast meeting on the last Friday of each month at a local restaurant. Before I commit, I’d love to hear from anyone who has looked into Toastmasters clubs in their own city. My questions for you: - Have you ever evaluated the Toastmasters clubs available where you live? - Do you think online meetings can be as effective as in-person sessions for improving public speaking and communication skills? - If you were in my place, which format would you choose: online or in-person? If you’ve already researched Toastmasters or have any personal experiences, feel free to share them here. Also, if you know of any online-only Toastmasters clubs, please drop them in the comments—your input could help others as well. Let’s turn this thread into an active hub of information and experiences about Toastmasters! The club I found meets every Friday from 7:00 to 8:30 AM, and since it falls within the start of the workday, I’m simply considering whether this schedule would still be manageable for me in the near future.

I think there are many toastmaster classes in every city, maybe you should search more to find the best match for yourself. I've tried one of them in my city both remote and in person. I think the fact you should know is that for the first sessions you should just observe to learn the rules, And definitely both type of remote and in person are useful. My suggestion is that just start it as soon as possible on the way is easier for you.

How Short LinkedIn Courses Helped Me Level Up for an AI Interview
Hey everyone, I wanted to share something simple but helpful from my interview, something I think many of you will find useful. Recently, I had an interview for a role that required solid AI knowledge. Even though I’ve worked with ML/AI for years, I realized something important: 👉🏻 When you’re deep into some complex concepts and algorithm design, the fundamentals can fade. Interview questions often go straight back to those basics, which happened to me. So I went back to a few short LinkedIn Learning courses, and honestly, they made a difference. 👉🏻 They refreshed concepts I hadn’t reviewed in a while 👉🏻 They were short and easy to fit into my day 👉🏻 They helped me understand and summarize concepts on a single page 👉🏻 They boosted my confidence 👉🏻 They helped me close small knowledge gaps before the interview And here’s the biggest lesson for me: If you see a concept in the job description that you’re not fully confident about, take a short course on it. Even a 30–45 minute micro-course can give you the foundation you need, and you can summarize the key points on one page to review before the interview. Let's consider micro-learning. Keep learning, keep growing, and keep showing up for yourself.

Thanks for the suggestion! I’ve never tried LinkedIn courses before because I assumed they weren’t very valuable. I’ll check them out.
