My reflection after 2 weeks of being active and networking on LinkedIn:

Today, I received some incredibly valuable advice from a technical recruiter about my LinkedIn profile. Based on his feedback, I realized that the changes I’m planning to make in my career need to align much more closely with the current market for my field.

It turned into a long and meaningful conversation. He works for a high-level recruiting company, the same company that helped some of my friends land great jobs before. For me, this feels like a small win.

Sometimes you already know the issues, but when you hear them clearly from someone professional and fully updated with the market, it hits differently. It motivates you to actually take action, and that’s exactly what I’m going to do next.
