Preheat oven to 375 Blend 2 c cottage cheese (optional to blend, I don’t like it chunky 😂) Brown 1 lb ground beef (or meat of choice) Mix blended cottae cheese, beef Add 1 can Rotel tomatoes and chile peppers and mix together Add salt pepper and other spices of choice (I used pizza and garlic too - Italian would be bomb, I just didn’t have any) and mix together Top with .5 c cheese of choice (mozzarella would be chefs kiss, cheddar was good) Bake at 375 for 10 minutes Enjoy! (Macros will vary based on your choices for cottage cheese, meat, and cheese- I used fat free cottage cheese, 93/7 grass fed beef and cheddar cheese and the macros are: 351 calories / 40g protein / 11g carbs / 15g fat 🔥)
