We had a great game and fab this afternoon! I forgot to take pictures - thank you to the ladies that showed up, it was a blast! We had home made fruit riot grapes… Wash grapes - take 1-2 lemons and squeeze the juice all over them Coat with 1-2 scoops of Phormula 1 clear protein: https://1stphorm.com/products/phormula-1-clear#cssclass?a_aid=Sunshinelara I did half watermelon and the other half lemonade Freeze on a cookie sheet then break apart and put in bowl / container (I’d also keep store them in the freezer) They’re delish!!! And super easy

Pizza Bake 🍕
Preheat oven to 375 Blend 2 c cottage cheese (optional to blend, I don’t like it chunky 😂) Brown 1 lb ground beef (or meat of choice) Mix blended cottae cheese, beef Add 1 can Rotel tomatoes and chile peppers and mix together Add salt pepper and other spices of choice (I used pizza and garlic too - Italian would be bomb, I just didn’t have any) and mix together Top with .5 c cheese of choice (mozzarella would be chefs kiss, cheddar was good) Bake at 375 for 10 minutes Enjoy! (Macros will vary based on your choices for cottage cheese, meat, and cheese- I used fat free cottage cheese, 93/7 grass fed beef and cheddar cheese and the macros are: 351 calories / 40g protein / 11g carbs / 15g fat 🔥)

Which Bad Habit do you want break?
Happy Sunday Ladies!! I have been struggling to sometimes just start important tasks. In the middle of needing to do so many things to move to another state (next week), I have been finding myself mindlessly scrolling through my phone. As the self-titled Procrastinator Queen, I wanted to see if anyone of you have a bad habit, that they are trying to get rid of!! Bad habits can keep us of doing things that are really important and keep us behind in our goals! So let’s start by sharing our bad habit first and then we can discuss on which steps we will take to break it!

Oh my goodness yes I can understand that - going to my phone for a specific task and then getting sidetracked (usually by scrolling) I want to look into the BRICK App for this reason!
