I wanted to make a video but I just ended up ranting on. Anyways, I want to talk about creating habits that you can keep and succeed. Creating 1 new habits at a time. If you have 3 new habits you want, start 1 and do it for a whole week. The second week add in the next habit. If you are able to juggle both those. If it needs work keep doing those same habits again the following week. My new habits I'm doing is adding creatine into my supplements. It's suppose to be overall good for women health and brain function. And if I'm being honest 13 months postpartum my brain is worse than the beginning of postpartum. So I'm trying to find things that can help me. Sometimes when we create new habits we have to let go of something that isn't doing us any good either. But consistently is better than trying to juggle all the things and then not getting to the goal you want. Slow still wins the race. Making new habits isn't easy. So make it simple to add in the new habits you want where they will stick. What is a new habit or 2 you would like to do?
