DAY 5 - INTENT Main goal for the next 30 days: to take time to recover better from my workouts (taking care of myself/my body ) Why it matters: no recovery = no progress Prevent overtraining and burnouts sleep, rest days and relaxation keeps your mind clear and your reactions sharp Reduce injury risk Improve performance Support endurance and conditioning Training makes you tired recovery makes you better One action I'll take today: Take some time for myself to recover have been training for 10 days straight. Day 5 and the fight results
DAY 5 – INTENT 🧭 🎯 Main goal for the next 30 days: i am off boxing specially physically for a month due to a cut from the fight but i will do everything i can to improve boxing that is not physically related 🧠 Why it matters: stagnation implies death and i dont want my fire to die so i will keep on improving in other ways if i cant physically 🪜One action I’ll take today: rest and recover 🥊Rounds(training): got cut on the first round of the fight so 1 i guess haha 🔥 Energy (1–10): 6 i was not as sharp due to the cut ⚙️ Focus (1–10): 8 I might drop out of the 7 day challenge at this point as i cant train for a week and spar for another 3 weeks

DAY 4 - DISCIPLINE Rounds (Rounds or training done): SnC and 8 rounds heavybag Discipline move (what you followed through on today): wanted to stop at round 5 on the heavybag but I still kept going. Energy (1-10): 8 had alot of energy this morning. Focus (1-10): 8 Who did you reach out to today & what did it do for you? N/A

DAY 3 - CONSISTENCY Rounds (training done): 5km run 6 rounds shadowbox and core/abs Focus (1-10): 7 we getting there Discipline Move: kept running even tho I wanted to stop Energy (1-10): 7 feeling way better What kept you consistent today? Or what tried to throw you off? The weather and bad sleep tried to throw me off today. But the urge to get better was even stronger . To be honest I didnt even feel like working out today 😭 Keep stacking. One day doesn't change you - seven will. Can't swim without getting wet
