Rounds (training done): 5km run 6 rounds shadowbox and core/abs
Focus (1-10): 7 we getting there
Discipline Move: kept running even tho I wanted to stop
Energy (1-10): 7 feeling way better
What kept you consistent today? Or what tried to throw you off? The weather and bad sleep tried to throw me off today. But the urge to get better was even stronger . To be honest I didnt even feel like working out today 😭
