This 7minute, 2022 video was shared by a group of local psychotherapists while the recent Artemis II mission was in flight. I'm sharing it here as a beautiful reminder of the 'overview effect' and as a piece of science communication that helps me resolve some of my conflict about space exploration - because the 'overview effect' helps us see that we are all 'of earth' - we are planetary. I could imagine this video being used in a facilitation, supported by inner development-focused coaching questions, including using the 'Dolly Zoom' film technique mentioned in the video.
