New AI Agent Studio (what it does + how to use it)
HighLevel’s AI Agent Studio is a visual, drag-and-drop builder for intelligent automations (agents + tools + logic). It consolidates AI chat, web/KB search, API calls, routing, and content generation into one place—so you can ship faster with fewer moving parts. What it is (in one line) A visual platform to design multi-step AI workflows (no code). Build “one brain” that routes by intent, pulls from your knowledge base, hits external APIs, and takes action—without Zapier spaghetti. Why it matters - Consolidates your stack: AI chat, web/KB search, APIs, content gen, inputs, routing—in one UI - Fewer failures: Native HL integrations + visual flows = less brittle maintenance - Scales your “one brain” strategy: Chain specialized agents and route by detected intent Where to find it HighLevel → AI → Agent Studio (alongside Voice AI and Conversational AI) Core building blocks (plain English) - Agent Node (the brain): Add your system prompt, pick a model, pass variables (global/input/runtime). - Sequential Node: Force “do A → then B → then C.” - AI Router Node: Branch by conditions/intents (e.g., missed call, review, financing, support). - End Node: Clean stop to avoid infinite loops. Knowledge & Search - Search the Web: Real-time lookups for fresh answers. - Search Knowledge Base: Pull accurate, company-specific info from your docs. Power Integrations - MCP Server: Connect external tool ecosystems via Model Context Protocol. - API Call: Native HTTP node to push/pull data from any third-party (CRMs, maps, finance, etc.). Content Generation - Text: Draft replies, emails, summaries, captions. - Audio: Turn text prompts into voice clips (announcements, voicemail drops). - Image: Create on-brand visuals on demand. - Video: Generate short videos (supports VO models; choose 16:9 or 9:16, 720/1080p). Input & Validation - Email Address: Capture + validate. - Phone Number: Capture + standardize. - Single Choice: Pre-set options for clean routing. - Text Input: Free-form details with min/max length.

Wow- way over my head!!
I have 52 clients in 25 days
I sent cold sms to 10000 people and I booked 2370 meetings. I didn't finish all the meetings but it has been like 25 days and I get 52 clients for website and FB ads. I am really happy now. I am sharing this so other people can also do cold sms and start making money. if you need any help, message me so I can help you with the same setup I use.

@James Hunts I just saw your post from back in Feb about 52 clients in 25 days and your offer : "if you need any help, message me so I can help you with the same setup I use." I'm sure you were swamped with request and most likely you're not offering this any longer (but a girl can help). I just came out of retirement and would love be happy with 5-10 clients. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
A Better Native CRM Integration Option
I noticed many agencies run into headaches when trying to connect external CRMs with GoHighLevel. A lot of workarounds end up looking like Zapier chains or complicated workflows, and clients often get lost in the process. Over the past few months I’ve been experimenting with a different approach: building native CRM integrations for GHL. The goal was to make onboarding smoother — think simple forms, a couple of options, client authenticates, and the data just flows every few hours without extra work. Right now I’ve managed to get 30+ CRMs connected this way, and I’m curious: 👉 Which CRMs have you struggled the most with? 👉 Do you prefer native integrations or do you stick to Zapier/Make automations?

Yes would love to see.
DB Reactivation and AI
I'm 40% done with the DB training. I see that the workflow is set up so that so that someone has to manually watch it and schedule. Has anyone set up the workflow so that their AI agent handles everything after the first offer sms? I already use Assistable, very much like Closebot. @Haplin Milgrom-Hills can you help me understand this?
