Seeing everyone’s healthy food logs makes me suddenly time-travel hungry! 🥗🍎 Like, it was 4 p.m and I was thinking, “I want to eat that salad RIGHT NOW!” 😅 My stomach is officially confused about what time it should be hungry. 😂

Had Granola with medium sized apple in yogurt and chia seeds for breakfast. Walked 6200 steps so far. Will do light walk later too. 1 hour straight cardio and fat burn workout.
