Nightfall Protocol | The Night Routine 🌙
This is how we gone start closing the day. This is optional, but for the souls that do it… watch how much your reality shift 💯. This is strictly for anybody in here seeking nervous system regulation. When the night is handled properly, the body feels more & more safe. When the body feels safe, the mind quiets. When the mind quiets, life becomes more peaceful. This will also help your manifestations land and expand your energy to be able to hold more money. The Protocol 1) Phone Down by 9PM Phone off or in another room. Do not do anymore scrolling or txting after 9pm. No “one last check” either. Soon as 9pm, it need to be a hard stop! This is the signal to the avatar that the day is complete. 2) Slow the Body (10–20 min) Choose one: • slow shower • light stretching or yoga • calm nasal breathing Just be aware of the body. In this process. 3.) Mini Meditation (5min) - Dim the lights, light a candle, or turn off lights completely - Inhale through the nose 4seconds - Exhale through the nose 6seconds. Gently, make sure that exhale is slow and you listen to it the whole way through. This regulates the body. 4) Close the Day (3–5 min) Either write tomorrow’s one priority or quietly say: “The day is complete.” Do Nothing more than that 💯 5) Low Light, Low Input Dim the lights & Let the body drift. That’s it. Very simple (I do personalized ones too that are way deeper. But this is just for the community to follow to get the hang of having a routine). This dont have to be done perfect at all, just consistently. Night time is supposed to be telling the nervous system it’s safe to rest. Everything else builds from there. Your life will change dramatically.

The Power of Regulation | The Expanded Avatar
Family, this is why I’m creating you all a morning and a night routine to follow by choice. Since I have been doing that, my body has been so expansive. Today I did a meditation that regulated my nervous system to a height that was so safe within, that I almost cried. I just held myself in my arms. Like how you would hold a child. While doing so my body TOLD me statements, this was deeper than me as the spirit trying to program affirmations into my mind. My body TOLD me the damn affirmation through its own safety it felt. It said “I am able to hold more money. I am comfortable holding larger amounts of money”. I’ve recieved some thousands , with a (s). Today alone. Without effort or trying, it just came to me in a bunch of ways…. All from things I love to do. I even got paid from my music today. The morning and night regulation I will provide you will change your life. For the ones that follow it, I will celebrate for you now. You deserve it for the work you about to put in for your shift! Cheers to your New avatar body, You will be born again 🤲🏾✨.

Breaking Procrastination | Countdown Method ⏱️
This is the count down method. It has broke me out of procrastination and hesitation many times! The more you turn this into a habit, I promise …. You will never be procrastinating again! Soon as you catch yourself not doing what you supposed to be doing, start counting down. Either out loud or in your head, sometimes this also used to help me get out the bed in the risings 💯 Soon as you get down to the number 1, GET UP AND MOVE! It is non negotiable, do not think at all. Count and GO🗣️

Introducing the Night Regulation Routine
I want to introduce something we’ll be integrating into this space moving forward. A lot of times we as humans just be too plug into the matrix all night. Phones, constant thoughts, and hella stimulation. Then soon as they wake up the body cant even ground its manifestations as good cause it never truly got its rest 😂💯. (& imagine how many nights of doing this does to the body). That keeps the body in survival mode. So we installing a night routine. This is strictly for nervous system regulation. So your shytt can finally land and you can feel safe in the body consistently. We are now about to start ending the day properly, as royalty does. I’ll lay out the Night Regulation Routine step by step. Don’t make ya self be perfect with it, just be consistent. When the night regulates the avatar correctly, the next is easier to actually attract the abundance you are. This the work right here yall, you ready to shift or what ? 👑

I was consistent with my regulated night routine as we implemented the earlier one but ended up going over to family’s during the holidays and my active environment at night did interfere with my routine😅
The 45/15 Goal Finisher
Get directional with your time to complete your goals. Try the 45/15 time block. 45min of pure focus. Lock tf in. No phone, no tv, no distractions. Nothing but the task at hand! Then 15 min of break time. Repeat the cycle multiple times throughout the day so you can actually FINISH your projects.

Aye this is fire!!! Def gonna utilize this cs yesterday I was TOO productive to the point where I lowkey was a lil burnt out and needed to incorporate that balance so def gonna be applying this. Luckily I completed all of today’s tasks already😇
