Soon as you catch yourself not doing what you supposed to be doing, start counting down. Either out loud or in your head, sometimes this also used to help me get out the bed in the risings 💯
Soon as you get down to the number 1, GET UP AND MOVE! It is non negotiable, do not think at all. Count and GO🗣️
