Hi, Aqsa is here, i am a working lady and age 31 years. My weight is 75kg. I want to lose minimum 10kg weight. Because of the continuously weight gaining I’m feeling several health issues in which most important issue is that After the 3 year of marriage i am not conceiving yet. Also I feel less confidence in myself.I need guidance to achieve my goals and want solve my health issues.
