Birthdays! 🎉
There was a time in my life when I didn’t like them much. I didn’t want the attention. I didn’t want the reminder of another year. Now I see it differently. A birthday means we’re still here. Another year lived. More experiences. It's something to be grateful for. Today this feels especially important to me because it’s my mom’s birthday. Someone who has given me everything. Someone who showed me how to love and be loved. Someone who has always been there for me. Today, I celebrate her. I also think about how my wife shows up for our boys every year. Not with piles of gifts. But with intention. Balloons and banners when they wake up. Their favorite breakfast. Their favorite dinner. A quiet message that says this day matters and so do you. We understand how important that is when we’re seven. I think it’s just as important when we’re seventy. To pause. To acknowledge another year. To be seen. That’s something I’d love for us to do more of in this community. Please tell me when your birthday is coming, ideally a week or so ahead, so we can acknowledge it when the day comes. It matters. Our birthday is one day each year that marks a life lived. Another year experienced. That deserves to be celebrated.

Day 1: Let’s Keep Showing Up | Moving Through January
Today isn’t about a fresh start or a big reset. It’s about continuing. Light, joyful movement to remind ourselves that every day holds opportunity. We show up to feel stronger, more balanced, and more at ease. One day at a time.

Finally it's 2026, Happy New Year to everybody, special attention to the ones who also showed out today. For me it has become a way of life to start the morning with Drew Hopper, thanks so much for that. I'd become very insure after a ski-accident and log tome revalidation, this showed out for me to be a much better, funnier, way to move, where I was lost my pleasure in practicing after a couple of years every day the same boring exercises. I want to thank you Drew for your amazing energy, sometimes when I don't feel like it, you make me smile again. I hope you keep continuing different stages of your exercises, for me the jumping/bouncing seems to work very good for my back. Wish everybody love & peace for 2026!
Day 22: Show Up Anyway | November Challenge
Today’s session is a gentle flow of bending, stretching, and twisting to strengthen the lower back and release tension. It’s also about showing up — even on the dark or difficult days. Consistency isn’t always easy, but movement reminds us that light always returns when we stay with the practice. Your back will thank you, your body will thank you, and your spirit will too.

Day 11: Movement Is a Gift | November Challenge
Each movement is a chance to reconnect — with your body, your breath, and this moment. When we treat movement as a gift, it shifts from something we have to do into something we get to do. Move gently, move gratefully, and remember: every step is an act of appreciation.

Thanks a lot!
Showing up
Same here, first time I didn't want to show up, but I did. A boost to here you had some trouble to. Love your honesty, it's exactly like you said, the start is the problem. Mood elevated, bit later than normal:)
