I was working with fear / guilt today and I wonder what other people are experiencing... Let's define before we go into, because everyone can have their definition Fear - whatever is stopping me from action Guilt- feeling that I deserve that bad things happen to me I used lean of faith, and very little action... And now I know it was root chakra block. I used to take action, then get afraid and sabotage it, or at least smoke a joint to be able to handle the pressure. and, of course, that resulted in instability in all areas of life. Guilt is usually connected to religious background or fear of God, not just fear... And today in meditation, when I went to see when was the first time, when I felt like I don't deserve all the good things in life- I was in my mothers belly - she became pregnant outside of marriage in catholic family... and people basically were angry that I exist, people were yelling and refusing to acknowledge my existence. Basically - it's no good that I am here on Earth... And since the transformation I feel a bit lighter, I changed this memory to a lovely one, where my mother, father and both families are waiting for me, happy for me and just delighted - can't wait for me to shine! Blocked root means - all talk, no action... and that was me for years. First time I got to belly memory was last august and that's when things started to shift big time! Yet it didn't end there, and there is still work to do, but it's remarkable how much we can do with inner work! So.. maybe you have also a story to share? I'd love to witness ❤️

Five years ago, he would be shocked to see that I wasn’t racing, three years ago he would be confused but understanding, two years ago he would be so grateful that I wasn’t racing and so proud of me for listening to my heart. Five years ago, high school justice would be blown away and astounded by the man that I have become I’ve worked very hard to be the kind of friend and human being that I would want in my corner and I could probably say I think he would be joyous to see the qualities that I exhibit, for I have overcome many of my not so virtuous Habits, and behaviors . I used to be very sarcastic, extremely judgmental and incapable of “losing” any argument or confrontation without serious pain to my ego. I had to prove that I was worthy intelligent and or right about things by giving advice where it was not invited. Thinking I was an expert in things that I had only read a few pages about or heard one time on a podcast. I was an “expert Regurgitator” as one of my teachers told me 👀 I had not moved into practice with many of the things I was learning, nor did I understand how they could be put into practice, especially in regards to the esoteric. There was such a deep fascination to understand our true history, the spiritual sciences, to explain some of the seemingly unexplainable things that most people were afraid to, or did not have the courage to speak about. — now— I’ve transmitted those fears and distortions, into a humble excitement for the opportunity to be wrong and to learn something from others. Nothing brings me more joy than the opportunity to solve a good problem and find emotional and spiritual solution solutions to bring balance back into our system.
