I only hit return 8 times in FB messenger. And got licensing rights to a webinar with NO MONEY upfront. 👍 You can license any IP. Doesn't mean you should, but you can. I just licensed a fantastic webinar that will help me sell my stuff. (Marketing/sales IP is some of my fave to license!) Now... This fella and I have done deals in the past. (He's also a Rockstar.) But... I betcha you KNOW peeps with stuff you could license? or maybe you've got IP that they could license. What I'm tryna say is... It doesn't have to be difficult. This fella did a webinar and peeps were going ape shit over it. I was about halfway thru the recording when I DMd him... 🕝At 6:56 AM 👉"Hey dude! I haven't finished it yet, but I see why they are going ape shit!" 👉"Could I license it from you?" (See pic in post. I'm blue. He is gray.) Not hard, right? His response was, "OF COURSE!" Now... When I do this with someone who doesn't know me or licensing well... The most common response is... "I'm not sure. What did you have in mind?" And then I sent him 6 more lines... 🕖At 7:18 PM the same evening, he messages me: 👉"Howdy! I've been doing the moving thing so I just saw this. I'M IN! Sounds dreamy to me!" Now, I've got a great asset! 👉I will cash flow it for a few thousand dollars every month. Would you like the other 6 lines? And a little case study with all the deal details? 🫵Just comment GIMME! 🫵 If I get 50 comments give or take... I'll make it happen. If not... When someone says “I’m not good enough to make more money.” Silently or out loud… I know they don’t deeply understand the mechanics of money. This is like someone saying, “I’m not good enough to walk 50 miles in under an hour.” Of course, they’re not. But there are planes, trains, automobiles and Uber! A Prius don’t give a shit if you’re “good enough”…but it will whisk you away at 70 MPH or faster. Money don’t give a shit either. Idiots… ex-convicts…and crazy folk have made more money than they dreamed. It’s tools. It’s mechanical leverage. Its inputs and outputs. Idiots that leverage an Uber app will get where they want. Idiots that leverage the massive amount of distribution available will make more money than they thought possible. Idiots that leverage tools like IP and licensing + distribution end up Kings and Queens in this digital and Information Age. Lack of confidence, low self-esteem and being “good enough” isn’t the problemo. If someone is left behind it’s only because they cling to doing it themself or the old horse and buggy when others are hopping on a plane. Genius or idiot! Money don’t give a shit. It was a hot azz humid Arkansas day. I was sitting in my pool.🏖️ I got a crazy idea to test. The idea was to do a special post in my small Facebook group to get all my buyers to raise their hands (at once) and show me their BUYING INTENT AND how much they were willing to PAY! Not "theoretically" pay, but actually commit to the price. And do it IN ONE POST! What happened next was over 24ish hours; 🔥I had 200 COMMENTS... 🔥I made an IMMEDIATE $7,500 from one buyer. 🔥And throughout some time, I sold nearly EVERY SINGLE ONE of the people who commented... IN FACT, I'm looking at the post right now in the middle of writing this to you. Out of all the commenters, I only count 3 people I did NOT sell anything. I made well over $100,000 from that ONE POST! I've only shared this post/breakdown once outside my $48,000 Mojo Mastermind peeps. (And a couple of folks in my mastermind were commenters on that special post.) I've never ever seen anyone do a post like this! I did it in a Facebook group, but it could easily be done any social media where they allow comments:-) Which is about all of them! I dunno for sure, but it's a dang good bet that if all you did was run THIS ONE super FUN post...ONE TIME... You'd swim in buyers' leads for weeks or months. 👉I didn't create ANYTHING NEW! 👈 👀I auctioned off 3 email templates I had SITTING on my hard drive. You could also turn this auction into Poor Man's Advertising! Even if you were homeless but had access to a public library or internet. You could use someone else's content AND someone else's audience. ✅ Every person with content wants more eyeballs! ✅ Every influencer with eyeballs wants to HELP their audience SOLVE problems!) A thrifty "poor wo(man)" just connects the two and works out if they want to get paid in leads, traffic to one of their offers, $$$, or all THREE! There's no law that says you can't run it MULTIPLE times a year in one group. I am going to layout everything in the classroom at no charge for you ASAP.
